The hotel is very nicely located in Miami Beach. Some of the hotel staff are very good, but unfortunately some are not service-oriented. We had booked an additional package including breakfast, early check-in and late check-out, room upgrade and credit via "Cube Travel". The early check-in was not granted and we had to "fight" for the breakfast and late check-out. We were refused a room upgrade on the basis that this is not offered at this time of year. Unfortunately, we were accommodated in a small, very noisy room and were exposed to the loud traffic and music from the restaurant directly opposite until late at night. The cleanliness of the hotel is very good and the breakfast is of very good quality and we enjoyed it very much. There is a very nice little pool in the inner courtyard of the hotel, which is very inviting.

Had the perfect stay at Lennox! Thank you to the staff for their big hospitality! The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. Housekeeping was always on top with cleaning. Location is amazing, walkable to lots of restaurants and bars and just secluded enough from all the chaos. The added additions of having a complimentary golf cart chauffeur (they will drop you off and pick you up within 1 miles) and complimentary beach chairs and umbrella was cherry on top. And I absolutely loved the pool area. Only disappointed that I did not received the complimentary champagne since they do charge a hefty resort fee each day. Other than that, I would definitely return again. I also want to appreciate the staff for allowing my group of friends to store their luggage for one last lunch with me. We were able to enjoy one last lunch comfortably! Thank you again! (also don’t forget to eat at their restaurant! amazing food there!)

This hotel is a total gem and one of my favorite hideouts for business planning. The environment is immaculate and smells wonder which is ideal a working environment for me. |There is also a wonderful restaurant on site that is great for breakfast and dinner. It is also within walking distance of many amenities.

Very convenient Maimi hotel. Stayed there for four nights and totally loved it. All employees were always smiling, friendly and accommodating. The hotel was always clean and smelled really nice in the common areas. Its wheelchair accessible and smoke-free. Best thing was the free shuttle cart to anywhere within a mile. One note: please fix the vending machine in the reception 😀

Pleasant boutique hotel, nice rooms around heated pool, efficient and pleasant staff. One small problem (especially for British travellers) they wanted to charge for each tea bag once the 3 already provided in the room were used..Really? In a Small Luxury Hotel Member?
